 Where are you located?

We are currently based out of our home kitchen in Pawtucket, RI.

Is everything really vegan? The traditional “beef” tastes like beef.

Yes! Everything is 100% vegan! Our traditional “beef” empanada took literal years to figure out.

What do you use instead of eggs or mayo?

We use aquafaba as an egg replacement in the dough and we use Follow Your Heart brand vegan mayonnaise for our aoili.

Do you have anything that’s Gluten-Free?

Unfortunately, we only offer empanadas that have gluten in them but our sauces are all Gluten Free! The chimi, the aioli & the dulce de leche!

Why are you delivery only?

We are currently delivery only because we don’t have a brick & mortar or a food truck yet. We’re hoping to expand to farmers markets soon!

Why is delivery only on Fridays?

We only deliver on Fridays to make our lives easier! We have a set day for the dough, for the fillings, and for assembly. We’re very small at this stage and simply don’t have the option to deliver daily.

Why are you settings based around Providence if you live in Pawtucket?

We are moving soon and figured it’d be easier for branding sake rather than change it up midway through the move.
